Downtown Frederick Progressive Dinner

An event to celebrate the vibrant culinary offerings found in Downtown Frederick and help raise funds for the Partnership. 

Tickets can be purchased for a 5:30, 6:00, 6:30, or 7:00pm seating.  Maximum of 26 people per seating.  Diners will be seated European style.  Four courses will be served. The appetizer, salad, and dinner courses will include a glass of wine and/or beer. Coffee will be provided with dessert.  Diners will walk between restaurants.

Appetizer Course: The Cellar Door

Charleston - Fried Green Tomato, House Pulled Mozzarella, Peach Balsamic, Basil

Drink: Petit Bistro Merlot - France or Flying Dog Classic Pale Ale

Salad Course: Isabella's Taverna & Tapas Bar

Aged Cabrales Blue Cheese and Roasted White Asparagus Ensalada - Imported Serrano Ham, Organic Mixed Greens & Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Drink: House White/Red Wine or Brewer's Alley Beer

Entree: Acacia

Ballontine of Loveland Farms Chicken filled with Smoked Duck, Pistachio Nuts, Black Truffles and Dorsey's Country Ham, Strawberry-Rhubarb Conserve, Corn Maque Choux, Sweet Potato Fritters

OR

Herb Roasted Leg of Spring Lamb, Ratatouille Nicoise, Spinach-Goat Cheese Turnover, Boulanger Potatoes, Fresh Green Beans, Natural Pan Juices

OR

Maine Salmon - Ecco, Certified Salmon, Red Beet Carnaroll Risotto, Steamed Broccolini topped with Maine Lobster Claw, Cauliflower-Caper Brown Butter

Drink: Pinot Nior, Shiraz or Rose or Brewer's Alley Beer

Dessert Course: Moxie Bakery & Cafe

Petit Fraisier with Rhubarb Compote - Fresh Local Strawberries, layered on Spongecake with Vanilla Bean Bavarian Cream and topped with a thin layer of Almond Marzipan. Served with Ruby Red Rhubarb Compote.

Drink: Coffee

Dinners will be given $1 at each course to purchase thier alcoholic beverages directly from the restaurant. The full cost of each drink is included in the ticket price.
