Flowers Over Frederick is a joint effort of The City of Frederick, Downtown Frederick Partnership, the Garden Club of Frederick, the Green-walled Garden Club, the Holly Hills Garden Club, NAC 11, the Tasker’s Chance Garden Club and the Tourism Council of Frederick County. Launched in 2008, the effort currently includes the installation and care for 30 handing flowers baskets in Downtown Frederick. The 2009 growing season is brought to you by the following sponsors:
