Enhance, promote and preserve the vitality of Downtown Frederick by implementing the national Main Street program for the benefit of Frederick businesses, residents and visitors

Continue implementation of the Façade Improvement Project

Implement wayfinding signage system enhancements

Participate in long-term planning for major tenants to stay downtown

Implement a Clean, Safe & Green Initiative

Participate in land use and transportation planning for the East Street Extended Area

Support the enhancement and expansion of the alleyway system

Strengthen downtown businesses through a coordinated training program that addresses rising business costs and changes in the downtown economy

Hold property owner outreach

Support the development of additional art live/work spaces

Create and distribute a neighborhood services magnet

Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy

Develop and distribute an annual report

Hold an annual recognition event

E-publish a newsletter

Increase website traffic

Implement a corporate investor campaign, a friends drive and other funding efforts

Hold two progressive dinners
