When you participate in a Yogamour GIVE BACK yoga class, you choose a journey towards health and well being and in turn, your generous contributions fund therapeutic yoga and mindfulness programs to in-need and sensitive populations.



Description of Classes:


YOGA FLOW ALL LEVELS - Re-balance and restore with a one-hour yoga class to reset your mind and body. Yogamour’s experienced and certified teachers will safely guide this yoga instruction while offering modifications and props for support. Get grounded and melt tension while experiencing a complete fitness regime at your own pace.


POWER YOGA FLOW - This practice is designed to be the transformational path to vital living. Founded by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers, Prana Vinyasa yoga is a creative and holistic approach to finding, and embodying, the dynamic flow of yoga. Practitioners learn both classical and innovative approaches to Vinyasa yoga and the state of flow.


YIN YOGA WITH A DASH OF FLOW - The Yin portion of this yoga practice is a slow-paced style with postures that are held for longer periods of time ranging from one to five minutes. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. The infusion of a flow element allows for a playfulness in the Yang aspect of yoga with a concentration in developing muscular strength and stamina.


YOGA FOR LIFE - As we age, yoga is an exceptional way to stay healthy and sharp. This class offers the fundamentals of Yoga, with emphasis on alignment, breath work, body awareness, and mindfulness. Students often find that their "aching" joints have less pain and more mobility after just a few classes. No matter what your physical level, your yoga practice will ease the pings and pangs of aging.


RESTORATIVE YOGA – While emphasizing the importance of breathing exercises, a restorative yoga class offers still poses that promote relaxation and mindfulness. This is a calming practice that incorporates mindbody awareness and soothing supported postures for a mentally and physically rejuvenating experience.
