Appetizer: The Cellar Door
Poached Rockfish Risotto with fennel, parsley, scallions and a balsamic reduction
Drink: Choice of Concha Y Toro Casillero del Diablo Chardonnay or New Belgium Brewing Fat Tire
Soup or Salad: The Orchard
Creamy Tuscan White Bean Soup with tomato, white wine and cream base, vegetables and Italian cannellini beans
OR
Salad with shredded Tobe cheese (with sheep’s milk), cherry tomatoes, olives and housemade Italian dressing
Drink: Choice of Wine or Beer
Entrée: Olive’s Italian Ristorante & Lounge
Linguine Granchio— a spinach linguine tossed with pancetta and crab in a basil pesto (vegetarian version available)
OR
Pollo Marsala—boneless chicken breast, mushrooms, roasted peppers and rosemary in a marsala wine sauce
Drink: Choice of Infamous Goose Sauvignon Blanc or Flying Dog Doggie Style Pale Ale
Dessert: The Wine Kitchen on the Creek
